|Have you received your order and want to return or exchange?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition. Unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable and you will not be reimbursed for those costs. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you would like to return/exchange please email email@example.com with your order number, name and address. Please specify whether you would like to return or you want to exchange the jewellery for a different size and/or color. The purchase amount will be refund within 7 days after we have received your returned order to the account it was purchased with.
We recommend you send your return using a trackable method and that you keep your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our headquarters, the items and their condition are your responsibility. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
